Our Certifications

In order for quality to be more than just an internal parameter, we also meet standards that are anually checked by certification bodies.

The Frießinger Mühle is certified with IFS Food, QS, Bio as well as Kosher and has implemented a HACCP-System for the entire productions process. In addition an energy management system has been launched, of which became certified according to the DIN EN ISO 50001:2018.

Voluntary participation in the European collective of german mill grain monitorning e.V closes the loop for high quality, of which begins with the systematic examination of the milled grains.

Finally internal and external auditors regularily check and verify compliance with the requirements of our management system, and thus confirms its effectiveness.
