Sales Assistant Food Retail

Your tasks:

• You will support our sales team in serving our major customers in the food retail sector
• You will handle customer inquiries and provide customer support by phone and in writing
• You follow up on offers and assist with order processing
• You coordinate and organize appoinments and delivery processes
• You monitor and prepare sales and revenue figures
• You maintain and update customer data in our CRM system
• You communicate with internal departments such as logistics, production, and quality assurance
• You will take on general office and administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and photocopying

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial training or have comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in sales or as an assistant is an advantage
• You have very good German skills and good written and spoken English skills
• You are confident in using MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills, sales affinity, organizational talent, and the ability to work in a team are what set you apart
• You work independently and in a structured manner
