"La Verace” pizza flour is the secret to creating an authentic, original Neapolitan pizza. It is certified with a registered trademark by the AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana). A pizza made with this pizza flour is therefore a truly authentic Neapolitan pizza, made according to ancient Neapolitan traditions and customs. Only a small amount of yeast is needed to prepare the dough. Despite the short fermentation times (12-24 hours) without refrigeration, the Pizza Napoletana La Verace is still light and airy. Selected ingredients and AVPN-certified pizza bakers and ovens ensure the unmistakable taste of genuine Pizza Napoletana!
