Power BreadRemove the foil. Give 200 ml water (35 °C) in the pan with the baking mixture and mix everything with a tablespoon at least 2 minutes to a homogenous dough. Leave to rest, covered, in a warm place (30-50 °C) until the dough reaches the top of the bowl, at least 30 minutes. Bake the bread in a pre-heated oven (180°C air circulating) on the second last slide bar for about 45-55 minutes. Lying on its side, cool the bread for 10-20 minutes. Pull the shell slightly apart, so the bread dissolves more easily from the shell. Important: not microwave-safe! |
