New design - same content! With our Küchenmeister Protein Bread (prev. EiweißBrot), you can bake a protein-rich soy bread with 17% oil seeds such as linseed, sunflower seeds and sesame. It is not only a low-carbohydrate bread, but also ensures a high content of vegetable protein thanks to the soy flour and soy meal it contains - without any additives. The Protein Bread fits perfectly into low-carb nutritional concepts and supports a varied, conscious and healthy diet.

Protein Bread

Remove the foil. Give 300 ml water (35 °C) in the pan with the baking mixture and mix everything with a tablespoon at least 2 minutes to a homogenous dough.

Bake the bread in a pre-heated oven (180°C air circulating) on the second last slide bar for about 45-55 minutes.

Lying on its side, cool the bread for 10-20 minutes. Pull the shell slightly apart, so the bread dissolves more easily from the shell.

Important: not microwave-safe!
