Stir 1 package baking mix with 300 ml Bier, e.g. Haller Löwenbräu (room temperature) and knead approx. 5-10 minutes.
Let the covered dough rise for approx. 45 minutes at a warm place.
Split the dough into 11, resp. 22 pieces and put them on a baking plate covered with paper.
Moisturize the rolls and cover them with cheese, bacon, salt and caraway or sesame, poppy seed, sunflower seeds.....
Pre-heat the oven to 220°C bottom/top heat (circulation air 200 °C).
Bake the rolls 11 (for 22 pieces) -22 (for 11 pieces) minutes, then let the cool down.
