The Küchenmeister organic wheat flour type 550 is made from high-quality wheat varieties in organic quality. Compared to classic household flour, it has a higher proportion of shell and is therefore naturally a little darker. The Küchenmeister organic wheat flour type 550 is particularly suitable for making different types of dough (e.g. yeast, noodle, "strudel" or for pizza) in organic quality.
