Our Küchenmeister buckwheat flour is naturally gluten-free, mild and very versatile. It contains many essential amino acids as lysine, arginine,tryptophane and the vitamins B and E, as well as the mineral nutrients potassium, calcium, phosphor and magnesium and the bio flavonoid rutin. Due to the production process a minimum of gluten can be included.
