Küchenmeister corn flour

Küchenmeister corn flour is made by finely grinding the whole grain of corn. Corn flour is rich in magnesium, potassium and phosphorous. It provides carbohydrates and proteins. The taste of Küchenmeister corn flour is sweeter and somewhat stronger than conventional wheat flours. With corn flour you can create bread, tortillas and polenta. It is also ideal for cakes, muffins, casseroles and cookies and gives baked goods a wonderful yellow colour.
