- 125 g Küchenmeister Wholegrain Spelt Flour
- 125 g Küchenmeister Green Spelt Flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 125 g margarine
- 130 g dextrose sugar
- 1 1/2 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp. cinnamon
Cream the margarine. Add the dextrose, vanilla sugar, egg yolk and cinnamon and mix until well combined.
Combine together the green spelt flour and the whole grain spelt flour and slowly fold it into the dough.
Roll the dough into a log and store for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Slice the roll into ca. 0.5 cm thick slices and place on lined baking sheets. Bake at 150°C (convection) for 12-15 minutes.
