- 115 g honey
- 35 g Küchenmeister Wheat Germs
- 20 g Küchenmeister Wheat Bran or Oat Bran
- 30 g Küchenmeister Buckwheat Flour
- 30 g chopped almonds
- 65 g peanut butter or almond butter
- 80 g pitted dates
- 90 g rolled oats
Preheat oven to 180°C convection, and line a rectangular baking pan with parchment paper.
Slice the dates into small pieces. Mix together the dry ingredients. Add in the almonds, dates, peanut/almond butter and honey, and work until well combined. Place the granola into the baking pan and press flat. Bake for 20-25 minutes, remove from oven and cool briefly. before slicing into bars.
