- 500 g rolled oats
- 250 g butter
- 200 g Sweet Nature Brown Cane Sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 50 g Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405
Melt the butter in a pot. Add in the oats and brown sugar, and mix until well combined. Allow to cool.
When cooled add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined. Using a teaspoon scoop cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes, or until golden brown, and your individualized oatmeal cookies are already ready!
