- 155 g Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405
- 110 g soft butter
- 110 g grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Cream the butter. Slowly add the parmesan, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well. Sieve the flour and stir it into the mixture. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface, and roll into a log (ca. 3-4cm in diameter). Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for atleast 1/2 an hour.
Slice the chilled dough into 0.5 cm thick slices and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven (180 ° C convection) for 15-20 minutes, or until the cookies have turned golden brown. Finished!
