- 3 bananas
- 80 g soft butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 75 ml milk
- 150 g Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405
- 125 g Küchenmeister Rye Flour T1150
- 1 packet baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection 150°C). Grease and lightly flour a loaf pan.
Cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing with each addition. Peel the bananas, and mash using a fork. Add the milk and bananas to the egg mixture. Mix until combined. Sieve together the flours, baking powder and cinnamon, and stir it into the rest of the ingredients.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for approximately one hour.
You can swap the rye flour type 1150 for Küchenmeister spelt flour type 630. For an especially tasty treat you can add chocolate pieces and/or chopped nuts.
