  • 500 g Küchenmeister Spelt Flour T812
  • 250 ml milk
  • 75 g soft butter
  • 70 g sugar
  • 50 g chopped almonds
  • 1 cube fresh yeast
  • 1 pck. vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest (grated, unwaxed)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp. almonds flakes
  • 1 egg yolk for brushing
