Ingredients:
- 500 g Küchenmeister Spelt Flour T812
- 250 ml milk
- 75 g soft butter
- 70 g sugar
- 50 g chopped almonds
- 1 cube fresh yeast
- 1 pck. vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon zest (grated, unwaxed)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. almonds flakes
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
Our fluffy and sweet braided challah is baked with almonds for a delicious treat.
