Ingredients:
- 500 g Küchenmeister Spelt Flour T630
- 250 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 125 ml milk
- ½ cube fresh yeast
- pearl sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
The yeast makes these twisty buns so fluffy and delicious. The delicate flavours come from the pearl sugar and the hint of cinnamon. Simply wonderful.
