- 125 g Küchenmeister Corn Flour
- 450 g Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405
- ½ cube fresh yeast
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 375 ml lukewarm water
Place the flour in a bowl and form a well in the middle. Crumble the yeast into the well and sprinkle with sugar.
Pour the water onto the yeast and leave until it appears foamy. Then add the rest of the ingredients and knead vigourously, until a smooth elastic dough forms.
Sprinkle the dough with wheat flour. Form a loaf, and sit it upon a lined baking sheet. Place the dough in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 20-30 minutes. You can also bake this recipe using a bread machine.
