- 85 g almond butter
- 115 g agave syrup
- 25 g cocoa powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 75 g rolled oats
- 15-30 g Küchenmeister Wheat Germs
- 40 g chia seeds
- 45 g dried cranberries (chopped)
In a small pot, melt together the almond butter and agave. Add in the sea salt and cocoa powder and mix until everything is well combined.
In a bowl mix together the chia seeds, oats, wheat germ and chopped cranberries. Pour the chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and mix with your hands to make sure the ingredients are well combined. Refrigerate the mixture for 5 minutes. Now roll the mixture into balls. Store in a sealed container in the fridge until you need an energy pick me up.
Tip: Try swapping Küchenmeister's Wheat Germ for Küchenmeister's Wheat or Oat bran! All three are delicious ingredients to add a boost of fibre and energy to these healthy treats!
