Ingredients:
- 200 g Küchenmeister Spelt Flour T1050
- 60 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 150 g yoghurt
- 180 g grated Gouda
- 160 g cooked ham
- 2 onions
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 1 pck. baking powder
- 1/2 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper, paprika
These tasty savoury muffins are made with our best spelt flour type 1050, and make the perfect snack inbetween meals and are great for taking on a picnic!
