- 50 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 500 g low fat quark
- 100 g Küchenmeister corn flour
- 200 ml milk
- 1 can of peaches
- 2 tbsp. chopped almonds
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Cream together the butter and sugar. Mix in the eggs, low fat quark, milk and corn flour.
Slice the drained peaches into thin slices and fold into the batter. Keep 8-10 slices for decoration.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and place the remaining peach slices on top. If desired you can also add in almonds.
Bake for around 45 minutes in a preheated oven (200°C convection) until golden brown.
If desired sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
