- 125 g Küchenmeiste spelt semolina 1 kg quark 150 g melted butter 250 g sugar 2 packets vanilla sugar Pinch of lemon zest
- 1 can of peaches 1 packet tart glaze
Combine all the ingredients for the cheesecake together, and pour into a lined spring form pan (26cm diameter). Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly. Bake at 150°C (convection) for 80 minutes.
After the cheesecake is baked, allow to cool in the form.
Cut the peaches into slices and place on the cheesecake.
At the end prepare the glaze according to the packet instructions, and pour over the peaches.
