- 200 g Küchenmeister corn flour
- 100 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 500 g quark
- 2 eggs
- 125 g sugar
- 35 g Küchenmeister corn flour
- 100 g sour cream
- 60 g oil
- 250 ml milk
- Juice and zest from 1 lemon
Combine together the corn flour, butter, sugar and egg to create a streusel.
Distribute the streusel in a greased springform pan. Press firmly until the bottom and edges are completely covered.
For the filling: Combine together the quark, eggs, sugar, corn flour, sour cream, oil and lemon juice until smooth. At the end carefully mix in the milk.
Bake for approx. 60 minutes in a preheated oven (180°C convection).
Serving suggestion: serve with warm berries.
