- 750 ml milk
- 150 g Küchenmeister Whole Grain Semolina
- zest from 1 organic lemon
- 270 g Sweet Nature Brown Cane Sugar
- 75 g butter cut into pieces
- 3 eggs
- 250 g grapes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a rectangular baking pan with parchment paper.
Bring the milk and lemon zest to a boil. Add the semolina and allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the butter and sugar, and mix until well combined. Then allow the semolina mixture to cool.
Add the eggs, one after another, to the cooled semolina mixture, mixing well with each addition. Spread the semolina mixture into the prepared pan. Wash and dry the grapes before evenly distributing them on top of the semolina. Bake for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven. Finished.
