- 100 g Küchenmeister Whole Grain Green Spelt Groats
- 200 g Küchenmeister Whole Grain Green Spelt Flour
- 125 g butter
- 125 g ground almonds
- 175 g Sweet Nature Cane Sugar
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Zest from 1/2 lemon
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 jar raspberry jam
Create short pastry dough using the dough ingredients, refrigerate for 1 hour.
Press 2/3 of the dough into a springform (26cm diameter), pressing it into the pan to create a small edge.
Spread the jam on top. Roll the rest of the dough into strips and form a lattice on top of the jam. Brush with the egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C conventional oven) for 45 minutes.
