- 200 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 P. vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405
- 60 g Küchenmeister Wheat Bran
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 125 ml milk
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
Cream the butter in a mixing bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt, and cream together. Add the eggs, one after another, mixing with each addition.
Mix together the flour, wheat bran and baking powder. Stir the dry ingredients, along with the milk, into the wet ingredients.
Separate the batter into three equal portions. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a greased loaf pan. Mix in the cocoa powder into another third of the batter, before pouring the now chocolate batter into the pan. Pour the remaining third portion on top. Using a fork spiral the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection) for 1 hour.
