Ingredients:(for 1 mug)
- 30 g butter
- 15 g chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. cream
- 4 tbsp. Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405 or Spelt Flour T630
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 oreos
Place the chocolate and butter into your mug, and microwave it for ca. 60 seconds. Stir in the chocolate and butter together. Now add the egg and cream mixing until well incorporated. Add the flour and baking powder, stirring until there are no more clumps. Now stir in the crushed oreos.
Microwave your mug cake on high for 60-90 seconds. Remove your mug cake from the microwave and enjoy it when it is still warm!
Tip: Serve your mug cake with a large scoop of ice cream and more crumbled oreos!
