For the yeast dough:

Melt the butter and warm the milk. Dissolve the yeast into the lukewarm butter-milk and sprinkle with sugar. Leave for 10-15 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Add the spelt flour and the salt to the yeasted liquids and knead thoroughly. Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet.

Wash the plums, removes the stones and evenly distribute on top of the dough. Leave the cake in a warm place for 30 minutes.

For the streusel:

Cream together the soft butter using an electric hand mixer. Add the spelt flour and cinnamon, and work into a streusel.

Mix together 30 g of sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon and sprinkle over the plums. Then sprinkle the streusel over the plums.

Bake the cake on the middle shelf for 20-30 minutes at 200°C (180°C convection)
