- 350 g Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405
- 225 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 1110 g strawberries
- 45 g sugar
- 150 g sour cream
- 600 g heavy sour cream
- 1 packet vanilla dessert sauce powder,
- 2 tbsp. chopped pistachios
Preheat oven (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
For the cake batter: Cream together the eggs, sugar and heavy cream. Mix together the flour and baking powder. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Spread the cake batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Using a hand mixer, cream for 1 minute the heavy sour cream, sour cream, dessert sauce powder and sugar. Spread evenly on top of the cooled cake.
Slice the strawberries and evenly distribute on top. Sprinkle with the chopped pistachios.
If the cake is not going to be eaten for 1-2 days, pour a glaze on top of the strawberries.
