- 4-5 apples
- 2 tbsp.Sweet Nature brown cane sugar
- 1 tbsp. Küchenmeister wheat flour T405
- 1 tbsp. ground almonds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch ground nutmeg
- 75g soft butter
- 75 g Swet Nature brown cane sugar
- 90 g Küchenmeister wheat flour T405
- 20 g ground almonds
Preheat the oven (180°C). Wash 5-7 small canning jars.
Peel, quarter, remove the seeds and slice the apples into small pieces. Mix together all the ingredients for the filling.
In a bowl, knead together the butter and sugar. Add the flour and ground almonds and work everything into a streusel.
Place 1-2 tbsp. of streusel in each jar. Fill the jars up to the rim with the apple mixture and press down lightly. Divide the rest of the streusel on top. Bake in the preheated oven for ca. 40 minutes.
