- 125 g soft butter
- 1 egg
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
- 200 g flour
- 75-100 g milk chocolate cake glaze
Preheat oven (electric 180°C/convection 160°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream together the butter, egg and powdered sugar. Combine together the cinnamon and flour, and mix it into the butter/egg mixture.
Fill a pastry bag, that is equipped with a large nozzle, with the dough. Pipe ribbons or spirals onto the baking sheets, and bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool briefly on the baking sheet. Transfer the cookies onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
Melt the cake glaze according to the package instructions, and pour into a pastry bag that is equipped with a small nozzle. Decorate the cookies with the melted chocolate.
