Wrap the marshmallows in cling film. Mix together the flour, salt and baking powder. Now layer the ingredients in a 1 L mason jar beginning with the flour mixture, followed by the cocoa powder, brown cane sugar, sugar, chocolate chunks, walnuts and ending with the wrapped marshmallows. Close the jar and attach the following instructions:
Baking instructions:
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a square baking form (ca. 20 cm x 20 cm) with parchment paper. Melt 225 g of butter and allow to briefly cool. Add three eggs and mix well. Pour the contents of the jar (not the marshmallows) into a bowl, before stirring in the butter and egg mixture until well combined. Pour the brownie batter into the pan and spread evenly. Place the mini marshmallows on top of the brownie batter. Bake the brownie for ca. 25.30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
