- 125 g raspberries
- 1/4 l buttermilk
- 2 tbsp. Küchenmeister Dextrose Sugar
- 2 ice cubes
Briefly wash the fresh raspberries under running water. Fill a tall mixing glass with the raspberries and buttermilk. Add in the dextrose sugar and purée everything together. Place the ice cubes in a glass, and pour the raspberry buttermilk on top. Decorate with fresh fruit.
