- 250 g Sweet Nature Brown Cane Sugar
- 230 ml water
- 1 vanilla pod
- 150 ml vodka
- 120 ml coconut cream
- 30 ml vanilla syrup
- 2-3 drops bitter almond extract
- Ice cubes for shaking
For the Vanilla Syrup:
Place the sugar and water in a pot. Slice the vanilla pod open lengthwise, and scrape the seeds into the pot (toss the vanilla pod in the pot as well). Heat the mixture by medium heat until the sugar as fully dissolved. Simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes. Remove the pot from the stove, cool and pour into a sterilized glass. Refrigerate the vanilla syrup until needed.
For the cocktails:
Using a damn piece of paper towel wet the rims of two martini glasses and dip them in sprinkles. Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, or large Mason jar, and shake well. Strain the martinis into the two prepared glasses.
