Ingredients (for 4 glasses):
- 100 g white chocolate (finely grated)
- 500 ml milk
- 4 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. Sweet Nature Cane Sugar
- 100 ml heavy cream
- Cocoa and grated chocolate for decoration
Divide the grated chocolate between four glasses. In a pot, mix together the milk and powdered sugar, and bring to a boil. Remove from stove.
Pour the milk into the glasses over the white chocolate and mix well.
Stiffly whip the heavy cream and 1 tbsp. of sugar. Divide the whipped cream between the four glasses and decorate with cocoa powder and grated chocolate.
