  • 115 g goat cheese
  • 30 g Butter
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Nutmeg
  • Basil

  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • Sprouts to decorate
