- 3 bananas
- 80 g soft butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 75 ml milk
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 150 g Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405
- 125 g Küchenmeister Rye Flour T1150
- 1 packet baking powder
Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well with each addition. Peel and mash the bananas. Add the milk to the mashed bananas. Mix the banana-milk into the wet ingredients. Combine the flours with the baking powder and cinnamon, and mix into the wet ingredients.
Fill a lined muffin tray with the batter and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 °C (over and under heat)
You can also substitute Küchenmeister rye flour type 1150 with Küchenmeister spelt flour type 630. For an especially tasty treat add chocolate chips to the batter.
