- 250 g Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 350 g gooseberries
- 150 g grated carrots
- 1 egg
- 150 g Sweet Nature Brown Cane Sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 80 g oil
- 100 g yoghurt (1,5% fat)
Whisk together the egg, cane sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and yoghurt.
Combine together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and the grated carrots. Mix everything including the gooseberries into the egg-sugar mixture.
Divide the batter between a lined muffin tray and bake for ca. 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C convection.
