- 1 jar of yellow plums (abtropf. 385 g)
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- pinch of salt
- 300 g yoghurt
- 80 g melted butter
- 200 g Küchenmeister Durum Wheat Semolina
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 100 g ground almonds
- 50 g chopped roasted almonds
Cream together the sugar, eggs and salt.. Mix in the yoghurt and butter.
Combine together the semolina, baking powder, ground and chopped almonds and mix with the other ingredients.
Drain the plums and fold into the batter. Divide the batter equally among 18 muffin forms.
Bake for ca. 40 minutes at 180°C.
