Ingredients:for 14-16 pancakes
- 500 ml milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 300 g Küchnemeister wheat flour T405
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
Sieve the flour and the salt together. Whisk in the milk until there are no clumps. Add the eggs one at a time, and continue mixing until smooth. Now add the sugar and 1 tablespoon of oil, and again mix until there are no more clumps and the pancake batter is smooth. Leave the batter to sit for 15 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, brush with a little oil and pour a thin layer of batter into the pan. Using a spatula, flip the pancake when the edges start to come away from the pan. Cook the other side until the bottom is golden brown. Repeat the process with the remaining batter (the recipe should make around 14-16 pancakes). Keep the cooked pancakes warm as you finish cooking the rest.
