Ingredients for 1 baking sheet or 2 small pizzas:
- 330 g Friessinger pizza flour tipo 00
- 215 ml lukewarm water
- some olive oil, if appropriate
- 1/4 cube fresh yeast or 1/2 sachet of dried yeast
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Knead all the ingredients for about 10 minutes until a smooth and elastic dough forms. Cover the dough and leave it rise for about 30 minutes. The dough gets even better if you leave it rise for about 12 hours overnight in the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough and put it on a greased or lined baking sheet. Cover the pizza with your favourite topping. Leave it rise for another 30-45 minutes in a warm place. Pre-heat the oven at 220°C. Put the pizza in the oven and bake it for approx. 15-25 minutes.
