- 500 g Küchenmeister Pumpkin Seed Bread Mix
- 360 ml water
- Pumpkin seeds for decorating
Knead together the baking mix and the water until a smooth and elastic dough forms. Cover the dough and leave it to rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.
With damp hands, form 8 long rolls out of the dough. Place them on a lined baking sheet, and sprinkle them with pumpkin seeds.
Leave the rolls to rise in the oven (50°C) for 20 minutes. Remove the rolls from the oven before preheating it to 230°C. Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes.
