- 150 g Sweet Nature Brown Cane Sugar
- 250 g applesauce
- 400 g or 4 medium bananas
- 3 large eggs
- 350 g peanut butter
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 375 g oats
- 30 g Küchenmeister Oat Bran
- Chopped nuts
- Shredded coconut
- Chocolate chips
- Chopped up candy bars
Preheat the oven (electric 175°C / circulated air 160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and mash the bananas. In a bowl combine together the sugar, applesauce and bananas. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well with each addition. Now add the peanut butter, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Combine together the oats and the oat bran, and fold it into the batter. Now fold in your add-ins!
Spread the batter evenly onto the baking sheet and bake for ca. 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow cooling. Slice into bars and enjoy!
