Banana Egg Liqueur Cake

This cake is absolutely heavenly with its creamy egg liqueur topping, tasty bananas, whipped cream, raspberry jam and a light fluffy sponge base.

  • 5 eggs
  • Salz
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405
  • Pinch of baking powder
  • 340 g raspberry jam
  • 8 small bananas
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 800 ml + 400 ml whipping cream
  • 5 packets vanilla sugar
  • 4 packets cream stabiliser
  • 250 ml egg liqueur
  • chocolate shavings for decoration
