- 125 g Küchenmeister Spelt Semolina 1 kg quark 150 g melted butter 250 g sugar 2 packets vanilla sugar Pinch of lemon zest
- 1 can of peaches 1 packet tart glaze
Combine all the ingredients for the cheesecake together and mix until smooth, and pour into a lined springform pan (26cm diameter). Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly into the springform. Bake at 150°C (convection) for 80 minutes.
After the cheesecake is baked, leave it to cool in the pan.
Cut the peaches into slices and place on the cheesecake.
At the end prepare the glaze according to the packet instructions, and pour over the peaches.
