- 250 g fresh ginger
- 100 g Sweet Nature Cane Sugar
- 150 ml water
Peel the ginger, cut it into very thin slices, and slice them into thin strips.
Stir the sugar and water together in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the ginger pieces and simmer everything for ca. 4-6 minutes.
Pour the ginger and the syrup into a jar, and allow cooling, before sealing the jar.
