We've used delicious asparagus, wild garlic pesto, and rucola to bring you a delicious spring inspired pizza. Instead of cheese we've used a tasty vegan cream to really make the flavours pop!

Pizza dough:

  • 155 g Frießinger Pizza Flour
  • 155 g Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405
  • 8 g salt
  • 2 g dry active yeast
  • 4 g olive oil
  • 200 g luke warm water

Topping:

  • 1-2 tbsp. wild garlic pesto
  • 225 g green asparagus
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt/pepper
  • 2-3 spring onions
  • Bunch of rucola

Vegan "cheese"

  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. vegan margarine
  • 150 ml oat/soya cream
  • 4 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard
