- 200 g Pizza and Foccacia baking mix
- 125 ml water
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small apple
- 250 g fresh berries
- 100 g crèmefraíche
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 50 g sugar
Knead together the baking mix, olive oil and water until a smooth springy dough forms. Cover and leave for 30 minutes. Wash, quarter and remove the seeds from the apple. Thinly slice the apple. Wash, dry and when necessary slice the berries. Stir together the crèmefraíche and cream cheese. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured work surface, form the dough into one large pizza or 4-6 smaller ones. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the pizza/s. Place the sliced fruit onto the pizza/s and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake on the second lowest shelf in the oven for ca. 10-15 minutes. Remove pizza/s from the oven, and if desired dust with powdered sugar.
