Sliders with Brioche Buns

These delicious mini burgers are made even more better with our home-made pineapple barbecue sauce and brioche buns. A great idea for any summer barbecue!

Brioche Buns:

  • 1 pck. active dry yeast
  • 80 ml lukewarm milk
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 300 g Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs (beaten lightly)
  • 120 g butter(room temperature in 2cm pieces)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Barbecue Sauce:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 g pineapple
  • 120 ml pineapple juice
  • 60 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 240 g Ketchup
  • 50 ml Worstershire sauce
  • 50 g Sweet Nature Cane Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. spicy mustard
  • 1 tbsp. chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1-2 tsp. chilli powder

Burgers:

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 2-3 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion
