- 40 g Küchenmeister Whole Grain Semolina
- 300 ml milk
- 30 g sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 200 g strawberries
- 100 g heavy cream
Mix the semolina with a small amount of milk, and leave for 30 minutes. Bring the rest of the milk and sugar to a boil. Gradually stir the semolina into the milk. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer, until a thicker porridge forms. Remove the semolina from the stove and allow to cool.
Wash, dry and purée the strawberries. Cream the semolina mixture with an electric mixer. Add in the puréed strawberries and mix well. Stiffly whip the heavy cream and carefully fold it into the semolina-strawberry mixture. Divide the strawberry mouse between two glasses. Garnish with strawberries.
