- 4 eggs
- 80 g butter
- 500 g low fat quark
- 100 g Küchenmeister Whole-grain Semolina
- 1/2 pack baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- Juice from half a lemon
- 300 g frozen berries
Separate the eggs. Cream together the egg yolks, butter and sugar. Gradually add in the quark, semolina, baking powder and lemon juice.
Mix the berries into the batter.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, and fold into the batter.
Place the batter in a greased casserole dish, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (conventional oven) for ca. 30-45 minutes.
